Does the number 1046 mean anything to you? Very likely, it doesn’t. However, to Don… Dawn… THE Don, it does, because that is the room that a mysterious man stayed in at the President Hotel in Kansas, Missouri. This mysterious man in question, was known as Roland T. Owen by the staff at the hotel only because it was how he signed his name. He was an odd man indeed. Leaving his phone off the hook throughout the day and leaving his door locked from the outside of his room while he was clearly inside. Well, and the fact that he was found with multiple stab wounds and a crack in his head, all while claiming, “I fell against the bathtub.”
