I’m so glad that I came across this study, where they looked at the same metrics - calories, fat, sugar, and salt - for the French fries from 23 different fast food and fast casual establishments and rated them from least to most “healthy” for you to consume.

Some are national chains for the US, some regional, and others international. The thing they have in common is that no matter what else is on their menu, they all serve fries.

The difference comes in whether you should eat them or not. Or in the real world, how often you should eat them or not.

There are some surprises here, perhaps that will give you some relief. And one easy way to make all of these healthier if you have the time for it.

You can enjoy so many types of food in moderation! I hope this helps.
