In this episode we spend time discussing my shoe game currently and the fact that it is time to step it up.

Then I switch gears and talking about the relationship between customers and businesses and some of the unwritten yet necessary rules of these encounters. My hope is that I am able to highlight both sides of the transaction and the importance of valuing each piece.
