Today, I see many people on the spectrum burning out in careers that they trained or went to school for and give up.  While that is common, I am noticing that many of them give up on their careers too soon over one or two experiences.  Why? There are too many voices of negativity and lack of supports put into place.   This is something that has been bothering me and I wanted to address this issue.
