Though written to come across as a tongue in cheek quip, it feels like an all too real statement during a pandemic. Jill and Jenny discuss feeling helpless on top of feeling helpless and how to try to feel ummmm, less helpless? Look, this is unprecedented stuff here and we're both, ahem, THEY'RE both pretty fragile these days.

  • As Gen Xers - Based on age: 
  •      -Being part of a sandwich generation.
  •          - How do we also look out for our parents, who probably don’t want our “parenting?” 
  •      -We are likely to have older kids... tweens, teens, young adults - 
  •          - wtf do you do with them in this time? 
  •          - How much say do they get? 
  •          - How are we all getting along? - Staying busy, active, homeschooling, eating somewhat healthy etc... 
  •     -Many of us are going through what could be called a midlife crisis, whether we want to admit it or not. 
  •          - We talk a lot about our mental health and quite often, the lack there-of. 
  •          - We discuss the Reset button and how to figure out not only who we are now as our kids get older and we find gaps in our own identities but also who we strive to be. 
  •          - We get a very unique chance right now to Redefine and Re-set ... how will we take and make opportunities during this time to push that button and answer those questions on a whole other level?
