Multiple flood alerts remain in effect across Illinois this Tuesday morning, with 26 active warnings and watches covering much of the state. The main concern continues to be flash flooding from excessive rainfall that's already saturated our waterways. Right now at 5 A.M., we're seeing thunderstorms developing across central portions of the state.
