You do it, he does it, she does it, we all do it.  How we act in various situations, the things we say and do are illogical but we all do it everyday.  

We do these illogical things everyday without question and some have even become common courtesy.  Like saying we care about something we actually don't. 

Illogical things we do everyday are so intertwined in our psychology that if we don't do them we feel awkward.

It's considered normal and it's also funny that we take them so seriously!
