If your words could carry light, where would you shine them first? This guided ceremony is a gentle, grounded journey into voice—how we speak to ourselves, how we speak to others, and how our creative self speaks through us. 

Together we explore the architecture of self-talk, inviting the younger part of us to be seen rather than silenced. With the kind parent as an inner guide, we rewrite old scripts into language that helps us repair, recommit, and move. 

Creativity takes center stage as another form of voice. We name one living intention—write, paint, photograph, compose—and map simple ways to care for it with time, boundaries, and ease. Then we welcome Reiki with Archangel Gabriel, guardian of communication, music, poetry, and art, to bless the instrument of expression and attune discernment: when to speak, what form to use, and how to let meaning land.
