If you confuse you lose. I'm sure you've heard that statement countless times at this point. But even as it makes it's way into the halls of cliches, the statement is so accurate.

In this episode I recount how I set up my business, thinking everything was in order, but instead I was confusing the hell out of my audience. And as usual, they were either too polite and just didn't care enough to say anything to me!
