Waddup yall ! Big Steppas back with another 1. On this episode the guys brought along guest Alexis Lynae aka Eminent lady who’s an assistant principal at Thomas K. Finletter 🙌🏾! After Dove finished his talk of 2020 and a few pandemic stories Alexis talked about her journey to become an assistant principal . She started at Morgan State University for her Bachelors degree and Loyola University for her masters. She worked on Baltimore for 3 years before coming back to Philly to make some even bigger moves.  She also talked Philadephia school district and some of her aspirations and what keeps her motivated and why she’s motivated even sharing some stories while she was a teacher in Philly. On the lighter side the guys and Alexis talked dating in Philly , Dove talked about pros and cons of dating while having a podcast and pretty had an open forum for speaking amongst themselves.
