HEY BABY! wow this took me forever but now we know why. I couldn't start this up without speaking on why I had to take a break... and if you felt a mask during that time THERE WAS A MASK. I was grieving and healing again at 21. In our early 20's or at any point in our life we may feel like a failure but it's only our time to pivot and be reborn.. to be comfortable with the old us dying. 

If only the adults told us, living meant a part of us dying everyday. 

This podcast will continue to be about being reborn from our trauma whether its deep rooted or the everyday trauma we endure as humans. It's a space to turn darkness to light and to just a community. Maybe freeing parts of myself helps free a part of you
