I Am are two of the most powerful words and what you say after shapes your reality. I always encourage you to speak kindly to yourself; it matters!

Positive affirmations are statements or phrases that are designed to be repeated to oneself as a way to promote positive thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. That's why I encourage you to incorporate affirmations into your daily routine.
