To all the men out there this episode is for you. If you need a listening ear or help find a community to discuss things you may struggle with please tap into this episode. We are losing too many men who are suffering in silence because they don't have an outlet to be heard or to ask for help. Well, that stops here. It's my purpose to make myself available for you to help in any way possible. It's one of the reasons I started this podcast. I too have suffered in silence due to pride and ego but I don't anymore. I'm building an amazing community of men from all walks of life who share these same concerns and are truly showing up for each other. And I want to extend that offer to you. And hey, ladies!
