I'm back! While I didn't plan on taking a 2 month leave from the podcast, I needed it! After 7 years of sleep consulting and 4 years of podcasting I realized I needed a little break from showing up weekly on a podcast and pour my focus into other things. Here's what's new!

• Newborn Sleep Course (all new and freshly updated!!!) launched in September
• Instagram is blowing up because of a reel about waking a newborn
• We hada LZS team retreat with all 8 women who work with me and it was such a good time of bonding and sharing about the future of LZS
• YouTube and Podcast are coming back, and with a plan to serve up the same content
• Interviews are still happening on the podcast!
