Betrayal, criticism, and unspoken expectations can take a toll on pastors. And if we’re not  careful, resentment creeps in. We’re called to forgive, but some wounds are hard to let go. And bitterness is a poison that doesn’t just affect pastors—it affects anyone who lets unresolved issues fester. But Jesus offers a better way—of not holding on, but of letting go.
