Substack is evolving into something different and I think it's really important for creators on the platform to be proactive around these changes so that they're not frustrated at the end of 2026. No one wants to feel like you've wasted time on a platform. Here's what I'm preparing to do in 2026 on the Substack platform as it leans further towards become a social media platform vs. a newsletter space.
