In this episode, I discuss this common concern with parents and other adult feeders: "I'm concerned about my kids' eating habits."
For most of us, this concern is just part of being a parent. We just want the best for our kids.
We want them to grow up healthy.
We want them to avoid the pitfalls that we may have experienced over the course of our life.
Honestly, for so many, it's a fear that our kids may end up fat because of the stigma and pressure society puts on us as individuals and parents to keep our own bodies within a certain acceptable range as well as the bodies of our children.
In this discussion, I lay out a brief overview of a wonderful framework that, when implemented, can help your children develop a healthy relationship with both food and their bodies while also growing into the body that is right for them.
