Only kidding, I’m not done. I’m honestly just beginning... Becauseeeeee, hello, welcome back, and welcome to SEASON 2 EPISODE 1 of The Unemployment Podcast.
On this episode I am inspired to talk about all things burnout after listening to this IGNTD Podcast with my faves Sophie and Adi Jaffe. Highly recommend checking them out!
I bring it all the way back to Elementary School and dive pretty deep in analyzing 3 separate cycles of burnout I've experienced (high school, college, and post college) in only the past 27 years. I talk about how I feel guilty for feeling tired and burnt out at all because I haven't "done enough". About the seemingly continuous cycle of burnout -to- breakdown -to- surrender. And how it's important to think about your own life and your own journey (and maybe you've had the extra time to do so this year during quarantine) in order to recognize patterns and question yourself.

About: The Unemployment Podcast: which is just a clever name I came up with when I found myself unemployed right in the beginning of 2020, a month after starting a brand new job and career. But we don’t really talk unemployment at all, it’s actually the exact opposite. On this show, we cover everything from entrepreneurship and business to passion projects and side hustles to energize and inspire you!
