My latest guest is Lieutenant Colonel Oakland "Oak" McCulloch, US Army, (Retired). He spent 23 years leading young men and women, primarily in the Armor branch of the US Army.

Leadership, whether in execution or instruction, is something Oak is passionate about, which is why after retiring from uniformed service he has turned his attention to preparing future leaders in the Armed Forces. 

His book (link below) is available for purchase and one I recommend. It is clear in its lessons and one which can be referred to easily as you develop yourself as a leader.
