I didn't really know how this was going to turn out. But to be honest it's one of the most quixotic and sincere episodes to date and I guess that is fitting considering Michael's act.
I met Michael about three months into starting stand-up comedy. We were both new and we were both still figuring out who we were as comics. I guess we still are. But since that first meeting our trajectories have taken us into exceptionally different comedic orbits and have both developed a unique and recognizable style.
In this conversation we open up after a brief gambit, talk about how I am more likable the more people listen to my podcast, and how Philadelphians say hello.
