Hi everyone! This episode was a little hard for me to record because I spoke about something that I'm still experiencing, so I felt a little more vulnerable and a little worried about it being a little too heavy or negative but I reminded myself that this is what my podcast is about, it's about talking about these painful things and unpacking them sooo here you go. :) I hope that this episode can be a little healing to some of you or an eye opener about how insidious eating disorders can be but that you can overcome and you can heal. ALSO 2020 was the year that I started my healing journey not 2019, lol!
