Liam is a former undisputed Light-Heavyweight MMA champion, who defended his belt in a spectacular performance against mixed martial arts legend, Tito Ortiz. 

I'm Glad he Exists because of the incredible journey he's been on, the hardships he's faced and the lessons he's learnt along the way. He's an open book with much of his life and the value in listening to him tell us about what this lifestyle is like, both good and bad, is why he's here.
