A lot of people see Christianity in just simply being forgiven. But it's much more than that! This past Wednesday, guest pastor Darin Weiss discussed how our fear of criticism, our fear of rejection, and our fear of not living up, gets in the way of our Christian walk. Looking at just the forgiveness of our sins, it sort of leaves us in a place where we're like, "alright, well tomorrow I've got to struggle at it again", or "I'm grateful, but here we go again". The scripture says that in the Gospel, we are imputed with Christ's righteousness! Through Him, not only have we been forgiven, but we've been given great spiritual wealth!
