Body-shaming is a very real aspect of peoples' lives. And it doesn't matter if you are overweight, underweight, average weight, there's *always* something not right about your body and people have a strange way of letting you know what they think about it. 聽I've been told some of the strangest things by strangers and friends about my weight, from "aren't you tired of being fat" to " well at least your belly isn't bigger than the last time I saw it" 聽and some other wildly insensitive comments from people who don't know anything about me.
In this episode, I'm opening up a little, and putting myself out there, as I share with you an incident that really made me think hard about the kind of world we live in. I don't know how much you will relate to this, but I know that a lot of you will on some level.聽
