Now i know i talk about and encourage people to do meditation a lot but from quite a while now meditation is not a daily part of my life , though its still is a part of life but more on a macroscopic level means very specifically when I'm stressed or depressed. I'm seeing my life changing because I can feel that I'm missing that but as of now its gonna be hard for me to go back to it but yeah i will.This is just my experience.
