People will project their grief, fear, insecurities and pain upon anyone. This week Oz and I discuss why this happens and what is really going on. There is a way to protect yourself.

This week Oz and I explore change. The changes that happen whether we want them to or not. We learn how to recognize what’s happening and what to do about it; if anything.

This past year has been bad in many ways for many of us. The emotional fatigue has me completely spent and I wondered why I can’t catch up. Oz and I explore one of the reasons why.
