I always thought it was just a strange obsession that I had, but this quote opened my eyes and led me to having a huge ah’ha moment going, “YES! They get it. This is why I love cleaning!” Here is the quote,

Did you know that cleaning can be used as a tool to restore your energy? That’s why I love it because I clean to protect my energy, enhance my space and use it as a tool to restore my energy. Which is why I enjoy it so much.

 

This quote was an awesome reminder that our energy matters and it’s so important that we use it intentionally.
