You should be in the hunt, looking for FAT people, these people have a set of unique skills that you need on your team, if you are going to be successful. F stands for Faithful, which is an observable behavior. People are present in your life, but are they Faithful. A stands for Available - they are shakers and movers. Some people have A Team, but you need THE Team. And last but not least, T which stands for Teachable- the worst people to work with are people who are not teachable. So I suggest that you start dealing with F-A-T people, who will be able to embrace your gift and uniqueness, and push you to your next level, because they understand their purpose and responsibility for being in your life.
