We all experience grief at some stage in our lives and there are certain phases that we'll inevitably go through. In this episode, Vidya explores those phases in more detail whilst also talking to special guest, Alex Hughes who experienced the loss of her Father during the COVID-19 pandemic. Alex shares her own story of the process she and her family took to deal with the grief and offers practical advice to help others that may be in the same position.
