Hello and welcome to the Chef Tales podcast. A little introduction. I’m a chef and live on the south coast of England. I’ve been working in kitchens since i was twelve years old. I love the trade. I started the podcast just before the first lockdown. These podcasts are stories that have happened in professional kitchens. Some are funny, some are not and some are just plain stupid. I also talk a little about what I’ve been up to, current events and the odd joke thrown in. Oh and on the odd occasion I like to write a few songs lol. Any questions are greatly appreciated.
