Egyptians understood how the brain works, the images we downplayed as hieroglyphs are divine vibrational images that resonate with consciousness. This is the reason we use logo's and images today. Language has been used as a 'spell' to anchor these images in your brain and consciousness. The hieroglyphs you're brought up with defines who you are within this society. Therefor, you want to surround yourselves with like-minded people, meaning those who have the same programming, or those who chose to assimilate their old programming.
Circle of life - rings
The circle of life consists of rings, each ring has its own package of programming. In this system, it's divided by race and color, with capitalism as the engine of the programming. The world is starting to change because the people living in the rings are starting to detach/decode the programming. They demand change, they want to be their own programmer in order to strengthen their new-found freedom. Others want everything to stay the same, they don't want a new programming because their life was perfectly fine, or they are afraid of the unknown.

Education is programming
Our education is programming, that is why there's discussion 'what to teach our kids'. History is the foundation of this programming. Hi Story, is changing, because more people decoded this part of the programming and demand change. Whistleblowers on universities who are getting framed, African, Arabic, Indigenous history that keeps being hidden, etc
Words to protect the rings
To protect the programming, words are used to protect a ring within the circle of life. Quality is one of these words to anchor a particular ring
Words as diversity and inclusivity are anchoring the ring where black people are programmed to live in, it's locked.
Asking a manager who lives from a different programming to change and accept a person of color or even worse a whole program especially for diversity, is radical (another word to block a new programming), and is not going to work, it will backfire, especially when the unconscious programming is still there.
"The black community needs to start their own programming by reconnecting with their ancient story, in order to activate new stories".
Some of you might feel this as radical, cause that is what the subconscious is telling you to feel. Programs in our mind are preventing the transformation from circles within the ring into a life-force circle
Zero point in programming
The world is in chaos, because we are at the zero point in programming. Life-force doesn't work with borders, it works with vibration of the collective and individual. The human tribe has the opportunity to heal their tribe by implementing life-force in everything we create and transform the rings into one circle, one cell, one atom. If we fail to do so, nature will take action.
