This episode marks the beginning of a new exploration of Breathing as Your Divine Self. What does that mean? We will be exploring what is the Divine Self, how we can expand our awareness of ourselves in this larger wholeness and what it means to breathe in this way. We start with some exploration of our Optimum Breath, opening our capacity to breathe in a way that is balanced for our activity, fluid and flowing and open in all areas of the breathing space. We use the breath to clear our minds and settle the emotional body. Moving on from our pranayama practice we then find ourselves using the imagination to sense, play and open to the energies of our greater being. We use the power of breath to expand into potentials for new openings, new vistas, finding what is moving toward us in the greater world, connecting to purpose. We finish by breathing into any portion of the physical body that needs attention or focus at this time. Optimum breath leads to opportunity to heal.
