Kelsey talks about her love of creative writing, how it gives her clarity - making sense of what’s on her mind and how she uses it professionally to help her clients to let go of things using imagery. She first wrote at school about a reverse birth from the point of view of the baby, and still has the piece of writing - it was then that she fell in love with writing. Her favourite author is Sue Townsend who wrote the Adrian Mole books. She re-read the Secret Diary of Adrian Mole recently and it still makes her laugh. A writing prompt if you’re inspired to try is “Imagination is limitless”. Just start writing and see where it goes.
