Chasta, is such a force, she is an entrepreneur, author, Ted speaker and new mother. She made a radical change in her business and in her life by leaving the competitive dance world in 2015. She details this in her book "Trash the Trophies: How to Win Without Losing Your Soul,". She owns a dance studio with two locations and has navigated the pandemic as a business owner by following science and statistics while looking out for the well-being of every child at the studio.
