The problem is, our understanding of Jesus as a REAL PERSON is too limited by religious language, images of a perfectly manicured, white Jesus with a British accent, cartoon representations of power, faith and love and a SERIOUS LACK OF IMAGINATION!

JESUS WAS A REAL PERSON, WHO LIVED AN ACTUAL LIFE! This is Great News...it means his faith and life are an actual source for our life and faith. All of us want instructions for different parts of life, but few of us have DIRECTION...and instructions without directions are USELESS. Study, meditating on and wrestling with who Jesus actually is, is the only we will have spiritual lives that are not simply based on instruction, but direction.
