back in i guess 2011 my friend found this old ibm thinkpad 365ed notebook, and asked if she can use it.

she had no other computer, so i installed redhat linux 7.0 on it, and this video demonstrates how oss sound drivers were configured back when redhat 7.0 was a state of the art system.

it was not easy to use it, i can imagine, but she was using the device with pcmcia ethernet card, unless she broke the rj-45 part of it.
