Today I sat down with the owners of IMLI Restaurant to hear about their new restaurant here in Whittier. Owners Ashwini Jhaveri, Nish Jhaveri and Chef Nikhil Merchant have been working on this project since 2015 and they are on the verge of opening the first Indian Food restaurant in Whittier, California.
