In this episode I have a chat with Jane about why having Black and Minority Ethnic teachers, educators and educational policy makers, is important in raising intelligent, socially and culturally aware young people. 

We also touch on her experience as a "poor kid, living a rich life", at the mercy of an unfair sponsor, having immigrant mentality, and how her parents' courage and determination has inspired her to be a pioneer for change, in the future.
