Today, I want to talk about some things that I am enjoying with the mortals. And Immortals is one of those games by Ubisoft that has really brought the the idea of puzzles to the forefront has a similar mechanic Zelda a lot of puzzles, not as much crafting Zelda per se. However, there is upgrades and abilities that you do earn to solve those puzzles. So in a way, that's a similar aspect as Zelda Breath in the wild, which had highly takes upon. Today I'm going to talk about my favorite things about Immortals. Because I'm enjoying this game. I'm roughly about 10 hours through it. And I find that there is a numerous aspects of this game that truly set it apart. Immortals brings in what I like to call a good Greek story, similar to Assassin's Creed Odyssey and partakes upon that same idea of, but it takes it even deeper and goes into the mythology. Everything's mythical talks about the Greek gods, and their stories behind it. I feel like I'm actually getting educated throughout this game about some of the lesser known stories of Greek mythology. If you have any interest in Greek mythology, you're going to love Immortals. Additionally, the puzzles in this game are phenomenal. The puzzles really bring an aspect that innovates now they can be frustrating at times, I'm not going to say they're not, but they do try to change things up in comparison to pass Ubisoft titles. The puzzles do serve as a gatekeeper to the progress in the game, and it can be cumbersome at times. Nevertheless, if you're someone who enjoys the aspects of solving puzzles, you're going to enjoy this game. Another great aspect of Immortals is the graphics. I like the graphical style in this game. It's kind of cartoony, yes, but that does allow it to play on a switch and still look okay, I'm fine with that. I'm sure you can get it in 4k HDR and your ps4, ps4 Pro, ps4 Pro, then PS five, or your Xbox One X. However, I'm just having fun playing on the switch in handheld mode, I found that portability really adds that extra dynamic to the game, and allows me to relax when I play this game. Another aspect of this game I do like it is the Assassin's Creed, mechanics. I like the climate, you can tell it's highly refined, that they've done this for years, and they have pulled it off quite well. When you see a game like this that stretches the imagination in a way in comparison to their previous franchises. I think this new IP will take off in the future, we can see lots of puzzles, good graphics, and gameplay similar to Assassin's Creed, but does break away just enough to where you can tell the difference. Finally, it brings it all together quite well. When you look at this new IP, the sky's the limit, I do hope that we see a profound uptake of this game, I'm sure they're going to have a lot of season passes, much like Ubisoft does tend to do. However, there is a lot of innovation in this game that can translate well into a lot of different mythologies, a lot of different stories. And the puzzles make it a relaxing experience. It is a change of fresh air, much like Breath of the Wild. It takes a lot from that. Although that change of fresh air brings it to a whole nother level. As we look into that and we see that a game an actual new IP is out by Ubisoft, which hasn't happened in a while guys. We look at the back of Assassin's Creed, Far Cry and other games they have out there. It is a nice breath of fresh air. If you're looking for a game that is different than what you're used to playing in the past, I think you're going to enjoy the aspects of this game. Overall, the game is definitely a buy, and you need to go out there and get it. Those are some of my favorite aspects of Immortals. and tune in two more episodes. I'll try to do this in Article form like posting an article from time to time, but just invoice format so I can get more out there. I hope you all have a great day.
