We’re crossing over a couple of state lines for today's episode. He’s the winningest coach in Pearl HS’s history with 107 W’s in 155 games. He led his team to the state championship game in 2016 and again in 2017, bringing home the championship in the ‘17 campaign. He's the 2016 & 2017 6A State COY and the 2017 Mississippi Association of Coaches COY. He’s now leading the Nixa Eagles where he’s gone 36-8 in his first 4 years, with the playoffs still ahead this year. He’s one of the most growth-minded coaches I know.
