Can we ever quite know how others see us or the impact that we really make on others ? Perhaps the worst thing we can do is to think we know and not stay curious. 

In this first of my new series of podcasts based on my book 'The Intention Impact Conundrum', I start to look at the conundrum of how we can make our impact match our intentions. First we need to know about our impact by being open for feedback and being willing to share our views and ideas.  Dodging feedback won't just save us from criticism - it will block the praise and affirmation too !
