My conversation with director/producer Ashley Maria and producer/writer Lea-Ann W. Berst on their social impact project Pioneers In Skirts, a multi-award-winning film that examines the barriers and setbacks women confront in their careers. Analyzing the stereotyping and sexism that can chip away at a girl’s and woman’s pioneering ambition, the film helps viewers understand what they (themselves) can do to change it.  Be the change!
