It was amazing to sit down with Mychal Mills and Rodney Salomon of K.Y.D.S. and learn more about why they’re so passionate about the work they do. Their organization, KYDS, stands for Konscious Youth Development & Service, which prepares and creates future leaders through holistic intervention.

We explore a variety of topics including uncovering your essence, dealing with adversity, creating lasting impact, and lots more. I love hearing people’s “why” because it shows the root of their passion. Speaking with Rodney and Mych let me see their deep passion about changing the world and our conversation sheds some light on how we can continue to foster lasting change on this planet. Enjoy!
