On the podcast this week we have Jenee Chizick Aguero, the founder of 'Motivos' magazine <www.motivosmag.com/> which is the largest bilingual magazine in the country. 

Jenee began her publishing career at just nine years old working as a newspaper carrier in her local neighborhood. She studied Biology for her undergraduate degree, which seems like worlds away from her current position in business and publishing.  

She launched her own company in 2006, and she was featured on NBC, ABC, and Univision in both Mexico and the United States. Motivos magazine focuses on giving Latino youth a voice and inspires them to explore their full potential, keep on track for college and investigate possible career options.  

Jenee has impacted the lives of over 40,000 students, prompting ABC to dub her as the nation's 'dream weaver' – an honorable title and one that Jenee strives to live up to.
