Episode #28 - In what appeared to be a freak accident on a rural farm, Todd Mullis would frantically call 911 to report that his wife, Amy Mullis, was unconscious and bleeding after getting impaled by a corn rake in their barn. Amy would never regain consciousness and die as a result of her injury… but pathology and autopsy results would come back with suspicious findings. When questioned about the event, facts and timelines wouldn’t add up, and it would be discovered that the marriage was rocky with several affairs.
