"Anxiety in a man's heart weighs him down, but a good work makes him glad" (Prov. 12:25).  Anxiety is a real foe among many Christians. Sadly, however it has been a battle kept in the shadows and one many are afraid to admit they are facing. This week Jon and Kate discuss the real struggle of anxiety and give some practical wisdom for overcoming.
