Valentine’s Day meltdown

This week I’ve split into two episodes I talk about growth my week of deja vu Valentine’s Day and that leap of faith

This episode I talk about my first co parenting counseling appointment with my child’s father how I still struggle with my own trauma still and of course my eventful week and more!!

On our very first episode I dabble in on many different topics and share a very personal experience that I am still at this moment going through. But the biggest focus here is learning from mistakes and seeking help when struggling with mental health! Learning to find your voice it’s okay to say your not okay!
