Growth isn’t comfortable.

I share personal stories from launching my Pilates studio, starting my RF Business, recording this podcast, and even stepping onto a tennis court as a beginner. Because the truth is, if you never do anything that feels uncomfortable, you’ll never change. You’ll stay exactly where you are.

We’ll explore why discomfort is a muscle that can be strengthened, how your comfort zone quietly becomes a limitation, and why learning to embrace temporary discomfort is one of the most powerful ways to create growth, confidence, and a life that feels deeply aligned.

I share my reflections on how creation isn’t reserved for artists, entrepreneurs, or creators—it’s something we’re all called to practice in our own way. We also dive into the quality of what we consume and how the inputs we allow into our minds shape our thoughts, energy, and ultimately our lives.

From social media and news to books, podcasts, and conversations, not all consumption is created equal. We’ll talk about why most of what you consume should nourish, inspire, educate, or elevate you—and why only a small portion should be reserved for mindless entertainment or negativity.
