This week on Career Bitches, Marcelle and Ann take on one of their favorite topics - process improvement! It's great to figure out what went wrong in a process, but then you have to DO something with that information. Small errors and mistakes can help us learn and do better in the future. It's also okay to let things go that aren't helping or that you have no power to change. Finally, be a good teammate and do nice things for your workplace fam - acts of kindness make everyone's workplace a better place to be.
