First Dan and Brandon briefly recap topics covered in episode one. Then the guys dive into recovery and some keys that have helped them along the way; including utilization of RAIN for recovery and craving recognition, having a community and/or support system in place and the use of mindfulness practices. They start delving into the quite broad issues of impermanence, how it relates to a healthier living and using the understanding of impermanence in recovery. The second half of the episode Dan leads the podcast through a loving kindness meditation. The episode wraps with some quick thoughts post meditation.
